Class Schedule

Please arrive to class on time.  Each class consists of a group warm-up, instruction, and workout-of-the-day (WOD).

Monday - Friday 6:00AM-8:00PM

Morning Classes: 6:00, 8:00, 9:00

Open Gym Hours: 10:00AM - 1:00PM

Afternoon Classes: 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 

Saturday 9:00-11:00AM

Morning Classes:  9:00, 10:00
