Class Schedule

Please arrive to class on time.  Each class consists of a group warm-up, instruction, and workout-of-the-day (WOD).

Monday - Friday 6:00AM-7:30PM

Morning Classes:  6:00,  8:00,  9:00
Afternoon Classes:  4:30,  5:30,  6:30

Saturday 10:00AM-Noon

Morning Class:  10:00                                                           (Intro Session / Buddy Workout / Hero WODs)
