Brandon and Bobbi Millsaps have been associated with the CrossFit community since 2006.  Both are level II certified trainers and have had the privilege to travel with the CrossFit HQ staff and work as Head Trainers during the Level I certifications.  Below you will find more information on each trainer.

 

 

Coach Brandon Millsaps    Brandon is a United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant with 12 years.  He has been involved in strength and conditioning for the past 8 years.  He was the Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Marine Corps' Combat Conditioning Program from 2006-2008.  He received his CrossFit level I and II certifications in 2006 and 2007.  Brandon has also traveled with the CrossFit HQ Training team from 2006-2008 helping teach the level I certifications.  Brandon was featured in the March 2008 issue of Men's Health poster series.  Additional certifications include:

Coach Bobbi Millsaps Bobbi received her level I certification in 2006.  She has traveled with the CrossFit HQ training team since 2007 and helps teach the level I certifications.  She received her level II 2007.  Additional certifications include:
