SPORT OF FITNESS STAFF

Brandon and Bobbi Millsaps have been associated with the CrossFit community since 2006. They are the only CrossFit Level II Trainers in South Carolina and have had the privilege to travel with the CrossFit HQ staff and work as Head Trainers during the Level I Courses. Below you will find more information on each trainer. Our Mission: To educate, train, and inspire a person to achieve his or her desires, whether it be to live a longer and healthier life or to compete and take first place in the CrossFit Games. In the words of Coach Glassman, "The needs of olympic athletes and grandparents differ by degree, not kind."
Brandon Millsaps, Co-owner/Head Trainer

Brandon is a United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant with 15 years time-in-service. He has over 15 years experience in strength and conditioning and has designed dozens of training programs for military, law enforcement, high school and college athletes. He was the Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Marine Corps' Combat Conditioning Program from 2006-2008 in Quantico, VA. He received his CrossFit Level I and II certificates in 2006 and 2007. Brandon has also traveled with the CrossFit HQ Training team from 2006-2008 helping teach the Level I Courses. Brandon was featured in the March 2008 issue of Men's Health poster series "How to Train Like a Marine". Additional credentials include:

Bobbi received her Level I Certificate in 2006. She has worked for the CrossFit HQ training team since 2007 and still currently works as part of the Seminar Staff teaching the Level I Certificate Courses. She received her Level II 2007. Additional credentials include:

Jennifer Mathews, Trainer/Intro/Personal Training

Jen has been involved in athletics and fitness her entire life in one form or another and has a true passion and gift for helping others. She earned the National Scholar-Athlete Award upon graduating high school in Okinawa, Japan and has played a variety of sports. Jen earned her Masters degree in Education from Sam Houston State University. She obtained her CrossFit Level I Trainer Certificate in February 2011 and has been with Sport of Fitness CrossFit since opening day on June 2010.
Bo Seamon, Trainer/Intro/Personal Training

Bo has been with Sport of Fitness since April 2011. He holds a Bachelors degree in Health Science with a focus in Exercise Physiology & Kinesiology from Clemson University. Bo has interned with Clemson Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation and also managed personal training for 3 Golds Gym facilities in Coumbia. Bo obtained his Level I CrossFit Trainer Certificate in August 2011.
Kevin Brown, Trainer/Intro

Kevin began CrossFit training in 2008 and has been with Sport of Fitness since 2010.
