Brandon and Bobbi Millsaps
Brandon and Bobbi Millsaps have been associated with the CrossFit community since 2006. They are the only CrossFit Level II Trainers in South Carolina and have had the privilege to travel with the CrossFit HQ staff and work as Head Trainers during the Level I Courses. Below you will find more information on each trainer. Our Mission: To educate, train, and inspire a person to achieve his or her goals, whether it be to live a long and healthier life, compete in our sport, or to just look good naked!! In the words of CrossFit Founder Coach Glassman, "The needs of olympic athletes and grandparents differ by degree, not kind."
Co-owner, Head Trainer
Brandon is a United States Marine Corps Master Sergeant with 16 years time-in-service. He has over 15 years experience in strength and conditioning and has designed dozens of training programs for military, law enforcement, high school and college athletes. He was the Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Marine Corps' Combat Conditioning Program from 2006-2008 in Quantico, VA. He received his CrossFit Level I and II certificates in 2006 and 2007. Brandon has also traveled with the CrossFit HQ Training team from 2006-2008 helping teach the Level I Courses. Brandon was featured in the March 2008 issue of Men's Health poster series "How to Train Like a Marine". Jen has been involved in athletics and fitness her entire life in one form or another and has a true passion and gift for helping others. She earned the National Scholar-Athlete Award upon graduating high school in Okinawa, Japan and has played a variety of sports. Jen earned her Masters degree in Education from Sam Houston State University. She obtained her CrossFit Level I Trainer Certificate in February 2011 and has been with Sport of Fitness CrossFit since opening day on June 2010. Jen also holds a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach's Certification.
Trainer, Intro, SOF Barbell Club Coach
Zach started Crossfit in 2009, training under Bobbi and Brandon in Columbia SC. Through High school and College he was involved with many different athletic programs and training facilities. Zach received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Nuclear Engineering from the University of South Carolina. While attending USC he assisted in training and conditioning for Minor League Baseball players from various Division 1 programs. Now an active Olympic weightlifter and Crossfitter, he obtained his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate in March 2012.

James is a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force with 15 years time-in-service. He has been involved in athletics and fitness from a young age. He was a 2 time all state athlete in both track and field and cross-country. He currently holds his bachelors in Organizational Management and is actively pursuing in Master’s degree through Liberty University. James earned his CrossFit Level I Trainer Certificate in February 2011 and completed The CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer Course December 2011. James has been with Sport of Fitness CrossFit since August 2010.

Nate was involved in many sports growing up and spent the last 6 years in the United States Navy as a Corpsman. He started Crossfit in 2009 while stationed in Guam. In September 2011, while deployed to Okinawa, Nate got his Level I CrossFit Trainer Certificate. Nate had the opportunity to meet and train with Brandon on his last deployment supporting the 26th Marine Expeditionary Force. Nate is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Nate also holds a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach's Certification.
