Get your butts in there. They can't all be 10 min WODs. Endurance is a leadership trait, both mental and physical. If you need to scale this one roll with 2 rounds OR 3 rounds w/ 30 burpees per round.

It's a good thing I didn't know I could have done 30 Burbees per round before I did the workout. That would have sped up the process significantly!

Met Dr. Kirol w/ Midlands Ortho today for hip pain. He and Dr. Armsey (saw last yr for rotator cuff) are "CrossFit friendly" and don't think we're nuts if you need an orthopedist. Will need to mod for a few days, but I'll be there...
@ Fran... "CrossFit Friendly" ahahahah, I love it. Sorry about the hip pain. Remember that we use them so much for everything so be sure you guys are stretching, warming up, and getting the hips loose before you workout. Those hip flexors are crucial! Please be sure ya'll are checking mobilitywod.com for various exercises for post workout stretching!!
