Straight Legged

TUESDAY 120207

Seven rounds for time:

10 Straight-Leg Deadlifts @ 115/85 lbs

10 Overhead Squats @ 115/85 lbs

10 Toes to Bar

(Perform deadlifts standing on 45 lbs plate, plates much touch the floor)

At first glance it looks like fun. But when you really read and comprehend the amount of core work to be done. Makes me go cross eyed.

I am now a fast guy by the way. I might go for a long, fast run today. It will probably be under 30 minutes. That seems to be the norm for me now. I will keep everyone posted on my fastness

awesome fastness garis.... can someone please help me out with the spartan race team thing. i've tried on different occasions to sign up under the team sof but the stupid thing says the team cannot be found. HELP!!
